For over two decades, Jane Cooper-Driver has worked at the intersection of individual and cultural transformation in organizational development. Her work spans multiple industries and stages of organizational growth, with over a decade dedicated to healthcare and supporting those at the heart of delivering care. She is co-founder of Relational Leadership Partners (RLP), a mission-driven organization advancing human-centered culture change in healthcare.

Previously, Jane served as Chief Programs Officer at Intend Health Strategies, where she led the development and national delivery of the Relational Leadership curriculum for healthcare professionals, administrators, students, and trainees. She also served as Senior Director of Learning & Development at Iora Health. She holds a BA from Boston University and an MSc from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
