Mario C. Giannettino is a partner with Kaufman Borgeest & Ryan, LLP. Throughout his career, Mr. Giannettino has represented a wide range of healthcare professionals and providers, including hospitals, physicians, nurses, residential healthcare and assisted living facilities, physician’s assistants and home healthcare agencies. Mr. Giannettino handles all aspect of litigation, from pre-suit investigation through trial.  

Mr. Giannettino regularly publishes and speaks nationally on matters relating to all aspects of medical malpractice.  During his career, he has been a featured author in The Risk Management Quarterly, McKnight’s and other publications.
