Joseph Sheahan is the National Claims Division Manager for Healthcare Professionals at MedPro Group and has extensive medical malpractice experience and wide-ranging, hands-on clinical experience. He obtained his Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, from The University of Illinois-Chicago School of Law in 2013. He is admitted to practice law in all Illinois and Wisconsin state courts, the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and the District of Colorado. Before joining MedPro, he worked as a defense attorney representing physicians and allied health professionals across the country in all facets of litigation, from risk management analysis and pre-suit claims through trial and appeal. He also represented insurers in coverage, extra-contractual liability and bad faith litigation. He currently leads the claims team for MedPro’s Healthcare Professionals Division.
