Candace Collins
Candace Collins serves as a cross-divisional subject matter expert on sexual abuse and molestation liability. She supports Gallagher’s strategy and development of integrated safeguarding solutions designed to meet the evolving nature of abuse risk, prevention and response frameworks, plus coverage and risk financing solutions.
Candace joined the Gallagher team in July 2025 with more than 20 years of experience, including 12+ years at Praesidium, where she most recently served as Senior Director of Strategic Alliances. In this role, she collaborated with insurance carriers, pooling arrangements, and captive partnerships to develop and deploy abuse prevention strategies in multiple countries. Previously, she also oversaw Praesidium’s higher education, schools, and crisis response segments. Prior to Praesidium, Candace practiced law for more than a decade, with a focus on insurance coverage. Earlier in her career, she served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Texas, prosecuting abuse and neglect cases in long-term care and behavioral health facilities.
Candace received her juris doctorate from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law and a bachelors in business administration with honors from Texas A&M University. She is also a Certified Praesidium Guardian and regular contributor to national and regional association events across industries.
