Eligibility:
Participants must be at least 18 years old to enter the referral and giveaway programs.
Participants must be a registered attendee to participate.
Employees of Crittenden Medical Conference and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
How It Works:
To participate, simply invite colleagues or friends to register for the conference.
When your referral registers, they must select or enter their relationship to you in response to the question “How did you hear about us?” and provide your name.
Every friend you refer who buys a ticket earns you one entry into the raffle.
Discounts:
The referrer will be entered into a raffle for each successful referral.
The referred friend will receive a 5% discount on their conference ticket purchase.
