When a referral registers, they must enter their relationship to the referrer to the question, “How did you hear about us?” and provide the referrer’s name.

Terms & Conditions
Duration: This promotion runs from January 19 to March 19, 2026.
Eligibility
- Participants must be at least 18 years old to enter the referral and giveaway programs.
- Participants must be a registered attendee to participate.
- Employees of Crittenden Medical Conference and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
How It Works
- To participate, simply invite colleagues or friends to register for the conference.
- When your referral registers, they must select or enter their relationship to you in response to the question “How did you hear about us?” and provide your name.
- Every friend you refer who buys a ticket earns you one entry into the raffle.
Discounts
- The referrer will be entered into a raffle for each successful referral.
- The referred friend will receive a 5% discount on their conference ticket purchase.

Grand Prize
The participant who generates the highest number of confirmed referrals during the promotional period will receive a complimentary conference pass for the following year (taxes and fees not included).
