Important Information

We no longer use sign-in or sign-out sheets for individual conference sessions. To receive credits in any approved state and obtain your Certificate of Attendance/Completion, you must complete the post-conference survey.

The survey is where you will report your session attendance and provide your license number. Certificates of attendance will be provided electronically after the conference.
