Maggie Weiss is the Assistant Vice President of Liability Claims and Litigation at Healthcare Risk Advisors, a subsidiary of The Doctors Company. She leads the strategic oversight and management of all liability claims for her team, including asserted claims, complex litigation, and investigations. 

In addition to her leadership role, Maggie serves as a trusted advisor to insured clients, delivering targeted education to physicians and healthcare professionals on medical malpractice exposure and risk management. Her work focuses on driving effective claims outcomes while supporting organizational risk reduction and operational excellence. 

Prior to joining Healthcare Risk Advisors, Maggie served as a litigation and trial attorney in Boston and New York City, where she handled complex matters involving professional liability, general liability, and products liability. She brings extensive hands-on litigation experience to her role, leveraging this background daily to drive effective claims strategies, deliver exceptional claims outcomes, and provide high-level service to clients.
