Julia Soda, VP & Segment Lead, Medical Facilities Underwriting, at TDC Specialty, brings two decades of underwriting experience across diverse market conditions, offering both depth and perspective to every customer she serves. Since joining TDC Specialty in November 2019, she has been a valued contributor, bringing both underwriting and brokerage experience to her role. Her dedication has been especially evident in growing the FTCA program. In 2024, she was promoted to a team lead position, laying the groundwork for expanded leadership and management responsibilities.
