Cynthia is an accomplished litigator who defends doctors, nurses, hospitals, and other healthcare providers in high-stakes medical malpractice litigation from case inception to trial. For the entirety of her career, she has focused my practice exclusively on medical malpractice defense.

Over thousands of hours, Cynthia honed exceptionally effective skills: defending clients at depositions, examining witnesses, and aggressively capturing success through oral arguments in the courtroom and beyond. These capabilities are complemented by shrewd legal writing and research, which has culminated in multiple wins in summary judgment motions, Frye motions, alternative dispute resolution, and trials.

Her approach to client service is centered on the belief that there’s more to successful advocacy than rote skills from law school. She brings to the table a unique manner of relating with all parties involved in a case: Cynthia listens to her clients; anticipates and avoids future potential risk; and she identifies not only the best legal arguments but the best manner in which those should be made based upon the circumstances and parties involved.
