Ben Newman maintains an active alternative dispute resolution practice through Newman ADR. Based in Orlando, Florida, he serves as a mediator throughout the state, with a primary focus on the resolution of medical malpractice and long-term care matters. Ben brings more than 25 years of experience as a medical malpractice attorney to his mediation work, having represented physicians, hospital systems, ambulatory surgery centers, and allied health professionals across Florida. Earlier in his career, he was a shareholder at GrayRobinson, a large statewide law firm. and later served as a partner with Wilson Elser, a national law firm, continuing his statewide representation of healthcare professionals.

In addition to his mediation practice, Ben acts as an arbitrator in both binding and non-binding matters throughout Florida. With a combined 32 years of legal and ADR experience, he provides proactive, practical, and insightful guidance in complex disputes.

Ben received his B.A. in Political Science from American University in Washington, D.C., and his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law.
