Audrey is the Chief Broking Officer with Aon’s National Healthcare Practice. In this
role, she is responsible for maintaining consultative relationships with clients,
developing creative program solutions that are tailored to clients’ strategic initiatives,
and liaising with the healthcare markets and their senior leadership teams to
leverage the healthcare book on behalf of Aon clients. Audrey interfaces with our
teams throughout the U.S., London, and Bermuda, working closely with colleagues
to ensure a coordinated marketing approach to provide competitive terms and
conditions. She is responsible for the management of the healthcare brokerage team
located throughout the U.S., developing best practices and templates for the brokers
to use in presenting client risks to underwriters, and creating new products to provide
long-term solutions for clients’ evolving risks.

As the Chief Broking Officer, she works closely with the Account Service team to
ensure we develop a robust strategy, negotiates with the underwriters to secure
competitive terms, collaborates with the London and Bermuda healthcare broking
teams to ensure that our Global Marketing approach provides the best results for our
clients and their Total Cost of Risk
