CFC taps Kyle Laudadio to lead U.S. healthcare division

CFC expanded its U.S. presence this summer with the appointment of Kyle Laudadio as healthcare practice leader.

Laudadio, who stepped into the role in late July, brings more than 15 years of experience in medical professional liability and risk management. He now oversees the growth of CFC’s healthcare portfolio and broker relationships across the United States.

Ellie Saunders, head of healthcare and life sciences, called the appointment “an exciting milestone” for the division.

“We take immense pride in the strength of our products, expertise and service,” she said.

She added that building an onshore presence “will further elevate our capabilities — enhancing local insight and our ability to provide a ‘follow the sun’ level of service — so we can consistently provide our broker partners and clients with the very best we have to offer.”

Laudadio joined CFC from Great American Insurance Group, where he served as divisional vice president and launched a suite of telehealth insurance solutions covering medical professional liability, general liability, and regulatory coverage. He previously worked as an underwriter at Beazley USA for nearly six years.

“Taking this portfolio onshore is a major step forward, one that brings us closer to our brokers and clients in order to serve them even better,” Laudadio said at the time of his appointment. “From our allied product to eHealth, we’re building market-leading solutions for a rapidly evolving space, all while delivering best-in-class service. It’s a privilege to be part of the team.”
