Refund and Credit Policies

Refund: Add Purchase Protection* at the time of your ticket purchase for a refund of your ticket purchase if a qualifying unforeseen circumstance prevents you from attending this event. (See Purchase Protection Terms and Conditions for full details)

Credit: Any paid attendee who cancels after registration, but 30 days prior to the start of the conference, will be eligible for a credit. The credit can be used for one person to attend a conference within one year– either live or virtual.

Any paid attendee who cancels within 30 days of the conference, or is a no show, will not be eligible for a credit.
