    Erica Ladler is a seasoned healthcare professional with nearly two decades of nursing experience, including critical care, progressive care, leadership, and expertise in risk mitigation. For the past 10 years, she has served as Lead Risk Manager at the Atlanta Veterans Administration Health Care System, where she is responsible for managing peer reviews, tort claims, institutional disclosures, and administrative investigations. Her strong clinical foundation and operational insight enable her to navigate complex risk scenarios with precision and effectiveness. 

    Erica earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Clark Atlanta University, her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of North Georgia, and her Master’s Degree in Organizational and Leadership Development from Post University. Erica is an active member of the American Society for Health Care Risk Management (ASHRM), the Georgia Society for Healthcare Risk Management (GSHRM), and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. She also contributes to Chi Eta Phi Sorority, Incorporated, a nursing sorority where she helped organize a community seminar on opioid awareness and participates in health outreach events. 

    Her work reflects a deep commitment to patient safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement in healthcare risk practices.
