Elizabeth Y. Healy is Vice President of Government and Community Relations at The Doctors Company, the nation’s largest physician owned medical professional liability insurer.  

In more than 30 years in government relations, she has been involved in political campaigns and fundraising, grassroots organizing, state government, and legislative advocacy in the United States and the United Kingdom. Healy directs The Doctors Company Group’s award winning political and public policy advocacy strategies nationwide, and in Washington, DC. 

Healy is also responsible for The Doctors Company’s corporate charitable giving program which is focused on addressing the social determinants of health, and is the Executive Director of The Doctors Company Foundation. 

Healy holds a bachelor’s degree in social science from California State University, and studied international public policy at King’s College, University of London. Healy resides in Napa, California where she volunteers for her daughter’s Girl Scout troop, and serves as Board President of Community Health Initiative.
